**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure that it is functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Calculate cooling capacity and efficiency of units.
- Adjust systems for maximum heating and cooling efficiency.
- Install new air conditioning systems on commercial properties.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
