**Holiday Park Warden/Maintenance Manager - £25,000.00 Basic + free onsite accommodation and utilities - Winchelsea, Kent**

We are looking for an experienced Holiday Park Warden to manage all maintenance operations onsite this newly acquired Holiday Park.

This privately owned Park group need a trustworthy and self-motivate individual to work independently whilst keeping on top of all maintenance enquiries and needs of this beautiful park situated near the stunning southeast coast

**Responsibilities (included not limited to)**:

- Managing and keeping on top of all maintenance on site.
- Performing maintenance tasks first hand such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, edging, DIY, basic repairs, painting and decorating etc.
- Dealing with any customer enquiries, making sure you are providing the best possible service.
- Making sure regular security checks are made.
- Dealing with any outside organisations and sub-contractors when required.
- Being on hand for any emergencies should they arise.
- Making sure all areas of the park are presentable, clean and tidy.
- Work alongside other departments achieving the best outcomes for all.
