We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Project Assistant** to join our communities team to provide project and administration support to the Skills 4 Work Programme. You'll support the programme by being the central point of contact, managing all inbound service referrals and enquiries.

This is a fixed term opportunity for 2 years and we're looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis. You'd be based from our office on the Isle of Wight combined with the flexibility for some home working and travel as required across the Island.

**What you'll be doing**

At Sovereign, our residents are at the heart of everything we do and we want to ensure that this role allows us to support Isle of Wight residents to access employment support, training and paid for work opportunities.

You'll provide administrative support to the Skills 4 Work Project Team and partnership with responsibilities including:

- Managing inbound service referrals and enquiries, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately and appropriate follow-up actions are put in place.
- Contacting customers to introduce and enrol participants onto the Skills 4 Work programme.
- Data management and entry of customer information and outcomes to internal databases to ensure accurate reporting.
- Completing eligibility checks and documentation completion.
- Supporting the programme Manager to compile quarterly financial claim information and reporting data.
- Creating promotional materials and distributing to stakeholders.

**What you'll need**

Ideally you will have administration experience with a focus on delivering excellent customer service this would be a bonus but not essential. You'll also need:

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
- A focus on providing excellent customer service, responding quickly to enquires from external organisations, programme customers and residents.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Excellent IT skills with a high attention to detail.
