**Invoicing Specialist - £24,000 - £27,000 - Wokingham, Berkshire**

Trace Recruit is delighted to be supporting a private equity backed healthcare business, who is on the hunt for an Invoicing Specialist.

You will play a key role in supporting the Invoicing Manager to achieve an effective and efficient service to the group. You will be part of a growing team and have responsibility for the day-to-day invoicing cycles.

**About Your New Role**
- Invoicing cycles, which are run on a weekly, four weekly and monthly through a recently implemented front end systems.
- Manual raising of invoices to Sage 50, through spreadsheet manipulation and import facility.
- Creating/updating rate & billing details on Sage Line 50 on a timely basis.
- Import the sales invoicing into Sage Line 50.
- Updating portals with sales invoicing to ensure prompt receipts.
- Investigation into queries regarding sales invoicing
- Raising of credit notes
- Matching of invoices to paper timesheets on adhoc basis, including scanning
- Sending invoices to clients

**Your Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working within a finance team. Previous Accounts Receivable experience is desirable but not essential
- Sage Line 50/Sage Line 200 experience
- Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow company policies.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
