Our client that is the leader within their field are looking for individuals that will provide support to an outstanding service which will play a crucial role throughout the customer journey.

The role:
As a customer service provider, you will be handling inbound calls to customers who are looking to install/increase the size of their electricity connection.

This can include aspects such as
- Being the first point of contact for customers taking inbound calls.
- Helping customers with new electricity connections.
- Help with customers who wish to move the equipment supplying their property.
- General engineering enquiries and take payments for all chargeable works.
