**Role**: Composite Technician
**Location**: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
**Salary**: £20,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Premier Group are looking to bring on a Composite Technician, to join a growing design and manufacturing company near Abingdon. The role will be based within the manufacturing team, assisting with the building and production of designs.**Required Experience**:

- Experience with composite materials - ideally fiberglass
- Experience within the Automotive, Transportation or Marine sectors is desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A level of commercial awareness, solving problems, eliminating wastes and risks

**The role**:

- Supporting the production manager
- Pattern sealing and preparation for moulding
- Reading and interpreting drawings/specifications
- Adhering to health and safety within the workplace
- Surface finishing
- Maintain the production facility
- Tool maintenance
