Panel Beaters

The Recruitment co. is urgently looking for **Vehicle Panel Beaters/ Paint Sprayers** for our client based in the Bridgend & Cardiff area Permanent Positions available.

**Rate of pay**: £14ph + bonus+ Overtime

**Hours of work**: Full Time 45 hours per week - Monday - Friday

Our client is an automotive accident repair centre working with prestige vehicles. Previous experience working with prestige vehicles would be advantageous.

**Job purpose: Panel Beater**:

- Assessing the level of damage and making a decision whether to repair or replace panels
- Removing damaged panels
- Repairing damaged chassis and panels
- Stripping cars down and rebuilding them after repairs
- Able to work to targets whilst maintaining quality workmanship

**Job purpose: Paint Sprayer:

- **
- Extensive experience as a vehicle Paint Technician & Prepper
- Repairing small to medium vehicles/ repairs
- Preparing vehicles to be sprayed / mix paint to ensure a perfect match / spray prepped vehicles etc
- Quality check on completion - checking for perfect coverage/ no defects
- Working to targets and achieving high quality results
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service
- Experience in using equipment and tooling

Skills and competences for both roles:

- Fully qualified Panel Beating/ Paint sprayer
- Skilled in the profession with a minimum of 1+ years service
- Are self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised
- Are keen to support others and are cooperative team members
- The ability to maintain quality under pressure
- Attention to detail is an absolute must
- ATA accreditation would be advantageous.
- Driving licence
