**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Creating and organising appointments for the sales team with existing customers so that they can cross sell other services
- Meet and exceed appointment targets set
- Engaging customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations in order to close for the appointment
- Make sure KPI’s set are met every month
- Contribute to team performance by sharing and implementing “Best Practice” ideas
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in the telecoms/IT sector is essential
- Great communication skills
- A self-starter with the hunger and drive to achieve great results
- Show an interest in communications technology
- Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative
- Ability to listen and present the company in a professional manner

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
