Main duties and responsibilities, carried out under supervision, will include, but are not limited to; contributing to the triage of referrals gathering comprehensive patient histories from existing electronic records liaising with internal referrers conducting preliminary structured clinical interviews and gathering collateral information contributing to psychological assessments contributing to group interventions conducting psychological/mood screens contributing to risk assessments and care plans contributing to the smooth running of the service by maintaining excellent records on Trust electronic patient record systems (RiO) maintaining and improving local databases undertaking the analysis of outcome data for research purposes
