Our Sussex office are looking for an Administrator to join the admin team, either on a full or part time basis.

**A generous remuneration package includes**:

- £22,000 per annum (pro rata for part time)

- working hours: 3 days per week including Wednesday and Friday. Hours will differ from 21.25 p/w or 22.25 p/w if the decision is made to split the 3rd day over two mornings/afternoons

**Key responsibilities of the Office and Accounts Administrator**:

- on-boarding new clients including processing of anti-money laundering checks
- assisting with finalisation of statutory accounts and online submission of corporation tax returns
- assisting with management of client accounts including billing, fee queries and debtor chasing
- maintaining company CRM and ensuring information is accurate
- collating and finalising professional clearance requests
- booking in client records and returning paper records in a timely manner
- dealing with secure online portal issues
- ordering of office supplies
- reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone and directing calls, keeping meeting areas tidy; preparing drinks
- processing of incoming and outgoing post
- typing: including letters, accounts and reports
- general administrative support to the rest of the team and fee earning staff
- previous experience in an administration role preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided
- excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
- confident and clear telephone manner
- well organised with a keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail
- awareness of confidentiality and need for discretion
- good verbal and written English communication skills
- smart appearance
