We are a home care provider aspiring to change the way people think about care and how it is delivered to adults living in their own homes in the local community. We are looking for kind-hearted individuals to become a Care Assistant & Companion. All the people we support have different needs. As their Care Assistant & Companion, you will provide companionship, assist with personal care, help with domestic duties, preparing meals and medication, or taking them out to continue doing the things they love such as going shopping, going to their local music group and just living life as they always have done. If you think about everything you do daily, you would be supporting someone to do the same. The kind of things that you would do for a friend or relative, and what you would expect for yourself when you’re older.

- **Excellent Basic Pay** Scheme and we pay for your DBS - Pay rates up to £12.00 per hour
- **Travel time paid** - We pay you for your travel time, so you are paid how you should be, for time with our clients and time travelling between them.
- **Flexible hours **so you can meet your personal and family commitments (we have lots of availability for early mornings start from 7:00am, so could be perfect for an early bird);
- **Enough time between calls** so you can arrive in good time to not feel stressed or rushed
- **Guaranteed hours contract or zero hour contracts - whatever suits your lifestyle**.
- **All Training And Shadowing Paid** - We pay you to train and we make sure you have all the training you need.
- **Extra Pay On Bank Holidays** - We’ll pay you time and a half or double time for all you bank holiday hours.
