Hotel Night Receptionist

We are looking for someone to provide a night reception service. You will ensure the safety, security and well-being of all resident’s throughout the night and will assist with all aspects of shift and business change over. You will need good IT skills to produce daily reporting. Working as part of a motivated team, you will provide a friendly service to all guests, acting as a concierge service, advising guests to enhance their stay. What we need from you**A naturally warm and friendly personality that has exceptional communication and interaction skills. ** Someone who works to a high standard of service and is always professional. **Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, ** Hotel duty management experience preferred, **Health and Safety and Fire Training ** Experience as a supervisor or shift leader preferred **Solid knowledge of the OPERA reservation system preferred but not essential as training will be given** Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service **Excellent grooming standards ** Ability to work on your own and as part of a team **Competent level of IT proficiency ** Team development **Shifts include evenings, weekends and bank holidays Package includes ** Discounted hotel stays worldwide **32 days annual leave pro rata ** Staff uniform **Onsite staff parking ** Discounted food and beverage **Access to internal training qualifications and programmes**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.40 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
