Junior HR Advisor

**The Opportunity;**
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a North East manufacturer of renowned food products as a Junior HR Advisor.
In this role you will provide support to the HR manager and assist with all aspects of HR activity, managing the day to day activities of HR; working with each department manager as appropriate.
Reporting to the HR manager, some of your key responsibilities would be:

- Providing HR support to the business including; recruitment, onboarding and induction as well as providing day to day advice to line managers and employees on general HR related queries.
- Assisting in formal meetings, such as employee disciplinary, grievance and welfare meetings.
- Managing all day-to-day HR administrative priorities.
- Ensuring all payroll activities are completed in a timely manner with accurate checks of the Kronos system carried out on a daily basis.

**The Person;**
Have you got HR experience in a fast paced environment? If so, we would love to speak to you.
- A CIPD qualification or be qualified to degree standard.
- Experience within a similar role.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced HR Department.
- Previous experience with SAP and Kronos.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing/retail environment.
