We have a rarely available opportunity for a Receptionist to join our friendly team at Ibis Budget Cumbernauld. You will be the public face of the Hotel and will play a fundamental role in ensuring that the guest experience is excellent. Your duties will be varied, and will include;
- Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings, amending our reservation system as required.
- Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys.
- Answering phone calls from prospective customers and guests.
- Completing administrative tasks including answering guest reviews.
- Responding to guest requests for help and information.
- Providing information about local amenities and attractions
- Checking guests out.
- Completing housekeeping duties in and around the Reception.
- Troubleshooting guest enquires.

**Qualifications**
You will receive full training, however it would be preferential if you have experience of a customer facing role. Reliability, flexibility and a passion for people is essential. We pride ourselves on our customer service and treat our guests like friends. You will be an integral part of our team. The shift pattern will vary and weekend availability is essential. This role is a 16 Hour contract with a combination of Early (7am-3pm) and Late shifts (3pm-11pm). Overtime will be available.
