KAP Technical are working with a specialist manufacturer of custom designed and built control panels, equipment enclosures and general sheet metal fabrications for various environments, from industrial to offshore specs. Products include motor control centres, analytical housing, and other specialised items e.g., hydraulic tanks and more.

**The role**
**Panel Fabricator**
Role involves Fabrication and TIG Welding to a high standard. Work involves graining and control panel building/manufacturing. You would be mostly working with 2mm stainless steel with the occasional mild steel.
Control of the twin axis 2.5m long CNC Edward Pearson machine, Promecam Press Brake 1.2m wide 60 tonne, and the 80 tonne Safan. They are equipped with 8 water cooling TIG welding machines and 9 MIG wire fed welding machines.
They also have Colly Bombles 3006 GT X II. A Guillotine CNC and automatic Trumpf CNC machines on site.

Working hours include 8:00am-4:30pm
Overtime available, an hour either side of working hours (7:00-5:30pm) and an extra 4 hours on Saturdays optional.
