If you’ve done a generalist HR Advisor role for a number of years elsewhere, you know what it takes. This role will require you to work on a project basis and will be based on a 3 month FTC. You will work on the project, achieving set objectives all thanksto your efficient generalist and ER skills.

You will work in Falkirk, the role will be based onsite full time. The great news is there is ample parking and it's easily accessible by public transport, train and bus. You will also be working Monday-Thursday 8-4.30 and Friday 8-12.30 so missing the rushhour traffic

You will sit within a team of 3 who are part of the wider HR team for the UK and will cover circa 520 employees. With this being a FTC you will need to be able to hit the ground running but there is support available if needed.
