Content Creator

Scout Recruiting is working in partnership with a fantastic local business recruiting for a Content Creator. In this role you will work with all areas of the business and external partners to promote and communicate the unique offer to customers through various channels.

The role is based in Stamford.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating content for social media channels, adapting by channel to maximise reach, conversion and engagement.
- Working with the sales team to communicate any key messages to clients.
- Working with the web developer to update the website where necessary.
- Reviewing content weekly and feedback back to adapt future content.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to change.
- Some analytical skills
- Ability to condense the complex ideas into clear insights and plans.
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Creative and collaborative mindset, with ability to quickly generate and adapt ideas to serve both product/sales and marketing goals.
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and draw them together to achieve a common goal.
- Desirable - some graphic design experience or experience creating content using online tools such as Canva.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
