**What you'll be doing;**
- Proactively communicate with suppliers, operational staff and management teams.
- Provide status updates and be a point of contact for our ambulance crews throughout the day and night.
- Ensuring incidents and defects are maintained to assist with the smooth running of operations.
- Be a point of contact with our ambulance crews on a daily basis, supporting drivers to act on issues identified on patient journeys which may include reporting all safety concerns or vehicle damage via incident reporting and encouraging an honest attitude if it is deemed unsafe to continue in line with company operating procedures and processes.
- Manage stock control and stock distribution.
- Ensure audits are carried out and monitor trends to maintain and improve service standards.
- Maintain a “zero harm” safety culture within ambulance stations
- Ensure Nerams legal compliance on site and maintain transport compliance
- Provide clear, transparent and accurate reporting of daily tasks.
**What we're looking for;**
- Full Car Driving Licence with a minimum of 1 years driving experience. Must be over 21 years old for insurance purposes.
- Previous experience of operating within a similar industry; Ambulance/transport/logistics
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of transport compliance and WTD
- Good communication skills communicating with people of all levels specifically including drivers and frontline employees
- Ability to organise a busy workload and operate at a fast pace working with a quality management system e.g. Experienced IT Skills, MS Office and the ability to adapt to implementation of new systems.
