**Responsibilities**:
- Manage employee relations cases.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring to attract top talent
- Review and develop the employee handbook and HR policies.
- Offer clear and compliant HR advice to management, stakeholders and employees.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring maximum employee engagement.
- Assisting in monthly payroll and benefits activities alongside the Payroll Manager.
