**Vacancy - Service Advisor - Barnsley Area**

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a lovely role in the Barnsley Area.

Starting basic salary is £26,000 plus an excellent bonus scheme - OTE £30/33K

Working hours:
Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

Some of the key tasks will be:
v Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken

v Make customers aware of additional products and services available to them

v Seek to obtain referrals for customers' families and friends

v Initiate service documentation, job card production and update customer records and follow-up systems

v Record customer prospect details accurately and in accordance with Data Protection Acts

v Advise customers on parts enquiries and availability of parts

v Document all warranty work as per manufacturers' requirements and dealership policy

v Update customer and vehicle history files to ensure total accuracy
