Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry.
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with individuals to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Document and report any changes in individuals' physical or emotional well-being to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for individuals.

**Skills**:

- Compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or tasks as needed.

**Salary**: £8.37-£11.00 per hour
