**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including administrative assistants and receptionists
- Ensure efficient and effective office procedures and workflows
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Assist with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Support financial management by assisting with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Plans work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities;
- Advises on the handling of all correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales,

statistical and vacancy records;
- Ensures that procedures for considering, issuing, amending and endorsing insurance policies are adhered to;
- Plans, organises and co-ordinates the activities and resources of other offices not elsewhere classified including box offices, other ticket offices and accommodation bureaux.
- Plan, organise and co-ordinate the activities and resources of offices within commercial, industrial and other non-governmental organisations and public agencies.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients in effective manner

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in team management and supervision
- Strong knowledge of office administration procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with human resources processes and regulations
- Excellent clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
