Skilled Laborer

At LDM Roofing:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools
- Perform basic carpentry, or masonry work as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in Roofing ,construction or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge in roofing or masonry work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
