In return for your hard work, you will:
Receive wages ranging from £10.50 to £12 per hour, depending on your experience.

**Key requirements**:

- Care Certificate
- Mandatory CSTF
- MAPA
- Autism Awareness
- Epilepsy Awareness
- Dysphagia Awareness
- Buccal training
- QCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 or 3
- Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly, flexible, and adaptable
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ideally, a minimum of 6 months of experience in a care of the elderly role at a care home/nursing home
- An enhanced DBS check and full vaccination or medical exemption evidence.

The Healthcare Assistant will work under direct or indirect supervision of a registered nurse or Senior Healthcare Assistant. Your responsibilities will include maintaining clean equipment, preparing supplies, conducting health checks with patients, and ensuring overall care and safety for patients.

**Note**: Don't worry if any of your certificates have expired; we also provide practical and E-learning programs, and on completion, you will be awarded the certificate.

**What do we need from you to succeed in this role?**
- To be successful in this position, you will need:

- A minimum of 6 months of experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
- An NVQ in Health Care Level 1, 2, 3, or a Care Certificate
- Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly, flexible, and adaptable
- Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Comply with all regulatory requirements for the delivery of care and maintain health and safety standards
- Report and communicate effectively to ensure essential information are recorded and relayed appropriately
- Assist with patients' care, support, and activities of daily living.
