**Full Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our amazing and unique company as a buyer.

Job Description:
- To process purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, track orders, create and maintain an inventory, liaise with management, forecast the needs of the business and assist with budgeting.

Key Points:
- Stock Control
- Monitor stocks - rental, sale items, customer own stocks, decorations
- Update and control the stock spreadsheet - volumes, costs, coding, breakdowns

Purchasing
- Controlling and monitoring of goods in / buying
- PO systems to ensure control re-authorisations and spend levels v budget
- Investigate new and improved systems to continually improve
- Utilise SAGE
- Negotiate new contracts and prices with suppliers
- Place orders in an efficient and effective manner (i.e. group orders, minimise paperwork, insist on factory planning to assist)
- Matching invoices & checking prices / delivery quantities

Administration
- Matching and signing off invoices
- Assistance with costings - working with Operations Director and Operations Manager

Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, especially Excel, SAGE experience will be advantagous

**Salary**: £25,350.00-£29,250.00 per year
