We are looking for a dynamic and positive Fleet Coordinator to support the delivery of exemplary customer service by effectively supporting the vehicle fleet, ensuring fleet safety and regulations are followed while having a clear focus on efficient vehicle turnaround, reduced operating costs and maximum fleet availability at all times.

**In this busy and pivotal role to Neptune, day to day you will**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition, and scheduling regular maintenance and inspections
- Coordinate the purchase or lease of new vehicles when needed, considering factors such as cost, fuel efficiency, safety features, and operational requirements
- Implement fuel management strategies to control fuel costs, monitor fuel consumption, and promote fuel-efficient driving behaviours
- Monitor the fleet budget, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising safety or efficiency
- Generate reports on fleet performance, maintenance records, and cost analysis for management review

We are looking for an organised individual who is dynamic, self-driven and results-oriented and above all, has a positive 'can do' attitude alongside a natural desire to achieve and support others to deliver to these values too. You'll be an excellent communicator and able to work well under pressure.

It's important that you bring proven experience in fleet support or a related role with a strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. You'll be part of a supportive, fast paced and growing environment, where fresh ideas are valued and encouraged.
