**COMPANY**

Bioline AgroSciences Ltd is a global company that produces and markets biological control products which are used for control of pests and diseases in a wide variety of crops. We provide the highest quality products and service to support growers in maintaining the quality of their produce.

**Role purpose**:

- Prepare weekly Time and Attendance reporting and maintain system and processes
- Prepare and send out all Sales invoicing
- Responsible for Credit Control and Aged Debt reporting
- Ensure customer credit limits are reviewed and maintained
- Responsible for sales ledger month end close
- Assist with month end reporting and audit queries as required

**Accountabilities**
- Attendance
- Agency - Ensure agency attendance is recorded, issued to supplier with all issues

resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure attendance for payroll Staff is recorded, and associated reports circulated in

a timely manner.
- To provide attendance reports to support processing of payroll on a monthly basis
- Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
- Maintain and review customer credit limits
- Weekly Sales Invoicing in ERP system and distribution of invoices to customers
- Processing of Royalty Sales Invoices into ERP system
- Processing of Customer Credit Notes and rebates as required
- To provide resolution of customer queries in a timely manner
- Processing of Customer Credit Notes and rebates as required
- Review of outstanding debt and liaise with customers to ensure prompt payment

and to minimise bad debt
- Report on any significant credit control issues to Line Manager and Financial

Controller
- To provide cover to payroll process as and when required
- Assist with month end reporting and audit queries as required
- Adopt a high measure of accuracy when inputting data
- Adopt a high measure of confidentiality regarding and sensitive information
- To deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that Bioline’s service standard is always maintained.

Please note that this role is office based at a rural location, so your own transport is advisable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
