Here at GXO, we are on the lookout for a **Stock and Systems Manager** to join our team in Stretford, Manchester. You will represent GXO, being responsible for managing the Inventory and all Warehouse Systems deployed across multiple sites within the Manchester area, whilst ensuring 1st class service is delivered, in additionyou will have direct daily customer liaison. You will join us on a full-time permanent basis, predominately working Monday - Friday with some flexibility needed, this is logistics after all.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary circa of £50,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Monitor compliance to all legislative and Standard Operating Procedures, particularly in relation to Food Safety, initiating corrective action where appropriate
- Liaise between internal and external suppliers of warehouse systems, equipment and infrastructure/GXO IT/Operation managing any developments, minimising any disruption, downtime, or failure
- Plan, organise, and conduct cyclic stock counts ensuring stock integrity is maintained, counts are reconciled, and physical and systemic stock holdings match each period
- Provide and analyse KPI information to ensure optimal efficiency & performance of the warehouse operation
- Support the Customer & Senior Management team with projects and initiatives

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in managing stock ia fast-paced operation of FMCG, ideally food based
- High level of general working / IT knowledge to include WMS, radio data, voice technology, printers, and phone systems (Experience of working with Reflex WMS would be an advantage)
- Experience of working in a business which is highly focussed on health, safety, and environment
- Experience in the use of all Microsoft packages including Excel, PowerPoint, word with appetite for more
- Comfortable managing change and driving continuous improvements
