Key Responsibilities:

- Pick items accurately and efficiently, following company standards and procedures.
- Pack selected items into designated containers with precision.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of the packed items.
- Properly label packages in accordance with product specifications.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area to facilitate efficient operations.
- Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Operate t-shirt printing equipment with precision when printing tasks are assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate the ability to carefully pick and pack items with precision and accuracy.
- Time Management: Efficiently complete picking and packing tasks within specified timeframes.
- Physical Stamina: Possess the capacity to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as necessary.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure the achievement of production targets.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain meticulous records of picked and packed items and sustain an orderly work area.
- Printing Expertise: Hands-on experience with t-shirt printing equipment and techniques when required (approximately 20% of the time).
- Color Matching: Proficiency in ensuring accurate color reproduction and alignment when printing.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with various printing methods, including screen printing and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy boxes of items.
- Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
