**Temporary Administration - Front line Street Scene Services**

**Pay Rate: £15.31 per hour PAYE**
**This opening assignment is for 2-3 months **The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of high quality front line Street Scene services through a range of administrative and customer care functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to complaints and Members Enquires in whichever form they arrive.
- Keep customer records updated.
- Process overtime claims, leave and other staff support functions
- Process agency staff.
- Ensure supervisors have correct work sheets and paperwork for frontline crews at the start of the shifts.
- Ensure customer service cases/contacts are responded to and signed off within agreed timescales.
- Process requests for replacement bins.
- Answer commercial services customer queries in a customer focused sales orientated fashion.
- Ensure commercial customers are billed accurately and on time.
- Place purchase orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to a GCSE level or equivalent in English a Maths.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Experience of working within a operation support environment.
- Experience of working within a fast passed operational environment.
- Effective Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage change.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High levels of customer service
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
