As Apprenticeship Manager, you’ll work alongside the Director of People and Learning to develop Apprenticeship Programs and create a strategy that will support the future growth of the business.
**What you’ll need**
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of regulations and requirements surrounding the delivery of all apprenticeships
- Experience within an employer provider would be beneficial
- Previous experience in managing or implementing an apprenticeship program within a business would be desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management
**Other Information**
- Up to £50k - £65k basic + 10% bonus
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

This role would may suit a Training Manager who has had the experience of implementing programs in an organisation or someone in a capacity of Apprenticeship Delivery, Apprenticeship Consultant or Apprenticeship Strategy
