Gymnastics Coach

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coaching and instruction to gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. Your role will involve creating a positive and supportive training environment, developing gymnasts' skills and techniques, and promoting a love for the sport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver gymnastics training sessions that are safe, engaging, and age-appropriate
- Teach proper techniques and skills for various gymnastics disciplines, including floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault
- Provide individualized coaching to help gymnasts improve their strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall performance
- Create and implement training programs that align with the goals and abilities of each gymnast
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to gymnasts on their performance and areas for improvement
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing proper safety protocols and spotting techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized training area
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop team routines for competitions
- Attend competitions, meets, and events as required

**Skills**:

- Strong background in gymnastics coaching with a focus on sports coaching and education
- Excellent knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, rules, and safety procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate instructions and provide constructive feedback to gymnasts
- Passionate about working with children and helping them develop their physical abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with gymnasts, parents, and fellow coaches
- Organizational skills to plan training sessions, track progress, and manage multiple tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.60-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
