**JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant**

**RESPONSIBLE TO**: Managing Director

**HOURS PER WEEK**: 40 hours per week - flexible working, Edgbaston, Birmingham site or other sites within the Company as required

**Salary**:£28,000 - £33,000 per annum - dependant on skills and experience

The role of Executive Assistant to the Medical Director is to help them to do significantly more work “on the business” rather than work “in the business”. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Medical Director on a one-to-one basis, often helping to maximise their time by taking care of their schedules and handling their administrative tasks.

You will have previous PA / EA experience, working in a professional and fast paced environment. You will possess a high level of communication and organizational skills as well as excellent IT skills as the Practice utilizes a number of IT and Technologic platforms.

**Essential Skills**:

- Audio typing skills
- Excellent handle and knowledge of MS office
- Diary management
- Scheduling teams meetings
- Minute taking
- Ability to work closely with the Director
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Problem solving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
