**Overview of the role**:
The Customer Experience & Specialist Support Officer plays an essential role in ensuring that customers have a positive and satisfactory experience when interacting with us. This role involves various tasks and responsibilities aimed at understanding customer needs, supporting them on their inquiries or concerns/complaints and their vulnerability, whilst continuously improving the overall customer experience.

**Accountabilities**:
2. **Relationship Building**: Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues is important.

3. **Customer Feedback Analysis**: Collecting customer feedback is an important part of improving the customer experience. You will be assisting in gathering customer feedback through online reviews, and analysing customer interactions to identify areas for improvement, together with addressing root causes through our learnings model and incident management system.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**: Accurate records and reporting are essential in tracking customer interactions & identifying trends. You will have responsibilities related to recording interactions & updating our systems.

5. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Customer experience often involves collaboration with other departments such as operations and sellers. You will be responsible for effectively communicating customer insights or feedback to relevant teams and participating in cross-functional initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.

**Time Management**: Efficiently managing your time and prioritising tasks is important in a fast-paced customer service environment. This involves being organised, achieving realistic goals, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.

**Positive Attitude**: Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude can greatly enhance the customer experience.
