Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a **Software Tester (HYBRID)** for a privately owned, innovative, market-leading software solution organisation. Who provide a portfolio of document-related services to a broad customer base, including the NHS, Local Government and a variety of Commercial organisations across the UK The location of the office is **Wellington, Somerset, UK.**

The hours are 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch). This role offers a hybrid working model with a Monday and Friday working from home. Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday you will be based in the office. The annual salary is **£30,074 PA.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Track and assess all change forms for our software

Plan and write effective and efficient test plans

Execute and perform manual and automated testing

Analyse and quality check all testing results

Provide accurate reporting of project timelines and progress

Maintain project planning, tracking, and testing material to ensure it is always fit for purpose

Write and send customer update communications

Deliver training presentations when required

Always strive to innovate our software, testing methods and procedures

Provide technical advice and support to our customers whatever their needs

**Experience, attributes & skills sought**:
At least 2 years commercial experience in a testing team

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Confident written and verbal communication

Outstanding organisational skills

Ability to work to tight timescales and maintain quality

Adaptable and open to change

Helpful/approachable nature

Work individually but also within a team

Work methodically, logically, and efficiently

Desirable Experience:
STQB Certified Tester Foundation Level or equivalent

Experience or awareness of Agile software development

Test automation experience with tools such as Ranorex and/or Playwright Typescript

An enthusiasm for learning new software, functionality, and testing methods
