Bradbury Care Centre is a small business in Whitchurch. We are professional and agile. We are a Day care centre located near to Whitchurch Hospital, Shropshire.

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all details are taken care of
- Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services and equipment for events
- Manage event budgets and ensure financial goals are met
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and breakdown
- Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts to attract attendees
- Provide on-site event management and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of event activities
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of an event are properly planned and executed
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to come up with innovative solutions for event challenges
- Knowledge of guest services and hospitality industry standards to deliver exceptional experiences
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
- Fundraising experience is a plus
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
