- Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of Stretching and Shrinking material using manual equipment,
- Use precision measuring equipment such as Verniers, Trimoss, and DTI’s,
- Able to work within fine tolerances
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Refurbish Brazing Fixtures when required
- Remove distortion from Dip Brazed components to drawing tolerances
- Use Planishing and Dead Blow Hammers
- Knowledge of the Heat Treatment Process for Aluminum
- Safely set and use fly presses

**Experience and Skills Needed for this role**
- experience with metal (straightening dip braze assemblies and jigs)
- mechanical Engineering Knowledge
- able to read Engineering drawings Metric & Imperial
- use of hands tools
- use of Measuring equipment
