Job Title: Slinger Banksman

**Duties**:

- Directing the movement of vehicles and machinery on construction sites or in industrial settings.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and machinery by providing clear signals to operators.
- Guiding drivers during loading and unloading operations.
- Assisting with the positioning and securing of loads.
- Monitoring the surrounding area for potential hazards and communicating any safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining clear communication with operators, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Banksman or in a similar role is required.
- Knowledge of signaling techniques and industry-standard hand signals.
- Familiarity with construction site or industrial safety procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time.
