**Production Supervisor**required to join a global manufacturer that is based in the Greenford area.

The production supervisor will take over the day to day operations of the manufacturing facility. The role will invovle assisting the Operations Manager on a daily basis ensuring production staff meet the required levels in production, quality, delivery,technical and health and safety issues.
This is a "hands on" role, leading by example to drive performance and ensuring standard operation are adhered to and maintaining safe working practices.

**Production SupervisorPosition Overview**
- Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards
- To help out with tasks within the facility where skills are short and provide solutions for improvement going forward to advance the effectiveness of the department
- Ensure that production team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirement
- Ensure the team are aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation

**Production SupervisorPosition Requirements**
- A Proven record of accomplishment within manufacturing supervision / management
- Confidence to lead a team
- Must be assertive, Optimistic and open to change
- Must have effective relationship building skills
- Good engineering background or apprentice trained
- CNC experience is essential
- Must be computer literate

**Production SupervisorPosition Remuneration**
- Full time - permanent position
- Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
- Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
- 07:30am - 16:30pm (16:00 finish on a Thursday, 12:00 finish on a Friday)
- 33 days holiday including BH
- Pension
