Lookers Leasing is hiring, We are on the lookout for a Remarketing Associate to join the team based in Harrogate. You will be working alongside Graham Bish (Ops Director) and deliveing a professional, effective and efficient vehicle Remarketing service to Lookers Leasing. Work with the Remarketing manager to ensure end of contract vehicles are available and ready, to maximise re-sale values through all disposal channels

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with customers to arrange collection of end of contract vehicles (EOC).
- Work with appointed collection company’s and ensure they meet our SLA’s and KPI agreements.
- Work with appointed auction companies and ensure they meet any SLA’s and KPI agreements.
- Build and develop relationships with Lookers Motor Group vehicle buyers
- Assist in setting disposal sale pricing.
- Arrange EOC vehicles for disposal through auctions or our dealer group.
- Provide auctions with accurate and timely information and documentation.
- Arrange vehicle movements with appointed contractors.

Qualifications:

- Being organised will be second nature to you, and thrive working well under pressure, prioritising workload and showing initiative improving any procedures where appropriate and can handle multiple demands of your time.
- Communication is key, as you will showcase this in varying methods in this role whilst not forgetting you will be exposed to sensitive information at times, so being discreet and protecting confidential material is a must.
