**Inside IR35 - Locum Childcare Solicitor - North West**

Venn Group’s expert Legal Team are pleased to be recruiting for a Locum Childcare Solicitor to join an established North West Local Authority. The assignment will be for an initial period of 6 months with a strong likelihood of extension.

This role will ideally be fulfilled on a hybrid basis with travel required to Court/Office on a weekly basis - the general expectation will be travel twice a week for all commitments. Due to the volume of work, they are ideally seeking someone on a full-time basis, (37 hours) however part time applicants will be considered.

The workload will consist of handling a caseload of care proceedings and pre proceedings cases.

The pre-proceedings meetings are in-person, so solicitors are needed to attend the office to cover these meeting and manage their diaries to fit in with hybrid working.
