**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- First point of contact with customers, responding to all queries in timely manner
- Ensuring all vetting processes are completed and send to client’s compliance team in timely manner
- Responsible for hiring and registering new cleaning staff ensuring that the company is compliant with Right to Work and Immigration work permits
- Ensuring all HR records are updated and maintained on daily basis i.e. new joiners/leavers, sickness and other absence management)
- Responsible for time and attendance reporting
- Supporting the service team with the recruitment, and company performance management
- Responding to the cleaning staff day to day enquires
- Helping to conduct induction trainings, appraisals, exit and probation period interviews.

We speak Spanish, Portugese, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
