Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We'd like you to join us as a **Children’s Support Worker **at our young clients home in **Rainham.**

**When you'll be working**:

- Evenings 3pm-7pm
- 3 days a week
- 12 hours a week
- Alternate Saturdays also available (10am-3pm)
- Part Time

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support our young client with complex health needs in his family home, after school. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.

**What to look forward to**:

- 11.50 per hour
