The role

As the Service Charge Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact in the service charge process and to ensure that legislative deadlines are met. You’ll be responsible for extracting expenditure from the accounting system ready for the service charge coordinators to analyse the expenditure. As part of this role you will also be working with third party suppliers for the production of service charge statements to meet the deadlines as well as administrative duties for the Stock Disposals and Acquisitions team.

This is a full-time, fixed term contract, up to 6 months. The 35 hours per week will be worked Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day.

The location

You’ll be based at our modern, vibrant office in the heart of the historic Horsham town; being a convenient location which is close to a selection of shops, bars and restaurants and just a 5 minute walk from the train station (we also have limited on-site parking plus public car parks close by). However, we offer the flexibility for agile working to allow you to work from home and so we’ll provide you with the necessary mobile working equipment.- Experience of a computerised accounting system- Excellent MS Excel skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- An ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines- High attention to detail
