After the completion of your auditing, you will become fully authorised to conduct fire risk assessments and other fire safety services, for our range of commercial, blue light and local authority clients.

Responsibilities include:

- To provide fire risk assessments across a range of property types including residential, retail, warehousing/distribution centres and commercial environments.
- Potentially to provide additional fire safety services such as fire compartmentation surveys or fire door audits and providing ad-hoc fire safety advice.
- To proactively engage in the training and development provided by the company.
- To uphold the Code of Conduct and the requirements of the company as instructed
- To support the business by working flexibly and responsively from the company’s office or from client’s sites as required.
- To be proactive to ensure that work is delivered on time.

**Requirements**:
Experience and skills required:

- Relevant fire safety qualification (such as NEBOSH (fire), FPA qualifications or CFPA diploma)
- Ideally registered with one of the recognised schemes identified within the Fire Risk
- Assessment Competency Council Criteria.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a fire safety related role.
- Experience conducting fire risk assessments in residential and commercial premises
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen, motivated and reliable.
- Willing to undertake a DBS check prior to starting in the position
