Marketing Executive

Grey Matter is an ambitious B2B cloud, software and services reseller and provider. Our customers are mainly developers and tech-led businesses. We help solve their technical challenges and maximise their business opportunities. As a reseller, it’s critical we drive awareness, demand, and sales for the brands we represent - Microsoft, Intel, Sophos and the like. You’ll play a key role in delivering and assessing activity for these market leaders.

**What will your day-to-day look like?**
- Managing our social media calendar
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to create and deliver one of our monthly newsletters
- Ad-hoc website content creation and updates
- Analysing marketing campaign data and suggesting ways to optimise future campaigns
- Event support (webinars, workshops, exhibitions)

You’ll be with working stakeholders across our marketing and sales team to deliver innovative activities that drive real results. You’ll be expected to take the initiative, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and generally find a way of moving things forward. This role will report to our Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

The role is a mix of office and remote working and we’ll help you get set up for this.

**What you’ll need to thrive**

**Marketing Skills and Experience**:

- At least 18 months B2B marketing experience, ideally within a technical and sales-focused business
- Campaign planning and execution
- Event planning and delivery - in-person, digital and hybrid
- Social media content creation and delivery
- Web content creation including, especially copywriting and editing
- Using reporting tools like Google Analytics

Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in all areas of marketing, you’ll be working with an experienced and supportive team who will help you expand your skills.

- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptable communications style
- Project, task and time management experience
- Presentation skills
