Our client, a very successful business within the aerospace industry, are looking for a bright and confident Excel “expert” to join their office in Hemel Hempstead.

In return, you will learn everything about the industry whilst supporting their UK Sales & Purchasing Manager with the day-to-day administration needs, in a busy and supportive environment.

**Advanced level of Excel including the ability to analyse and organise data and use macros and formulas is a must.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analysing and organising data with Excel
- Collating of quotes and market data via telephone
- Answering incoming calls from clients and suppliers
- Inputting and updating information on quotes and market data into inventory system
- Deliver high quality customer service and responses
- Assisting with ad-hoc requests from management

**What the employer is looking for**:

- Advanced level of Excel including ability to analyse and organise data, using macros and formulas
- At least 2 years’ experience in an admin-focused position
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Good confident telephone manner and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under own initiative
- High energy level, sense of urgency and self-motivated
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player with a good sense of humour
- There is a medium sized dog in the office, so you must like dogs
