You’ll find our headquarters in the bucolic surroundings of Stowmarket, Suffolk, and our other production sites in Yorkshire and Thailand. We also have sales offices in Asia, Europe, and America.

**The Management Trainee Programme**

The training programme is based at our head office in Stowmarket, in an environment where you will thrive and develop and when complete you will know all there is to know about the production of Malt and Malted Ingredients. With a view to fulfilling a permanent position within the operations department upon successful completion of the programme.

**Training & Development Opportunities**
- A base at our Stowmarket site, with opportunities to work at our Bridlington site in the UK.

- Completion of an ILM level 5 Operations and Departmental Manager Qualification.
- Completion of a Malting Diploma/Master Maltster, Brewing qualification.
