London, the UK and further afield. We take a bespoke approach to every project we do, dedicating our time, expertise and pass ion for interiors towards each installation.

Burbeck was created by property developers who understand design, affordability, and service, and with over twenty years’ experience in the industry, we know how important a commercial approach to property and design is. Born from a desire to design, style and market our own developed properties, we now offer our experience to other property developers, homeowners, investors, and landlords.

Through Burbeck’s presence in property development and project management via our sister companies our clients are exposed to a commercial approach driven by results and service. Our mandate is to understand your property and your brief, to deliver cutting
- edge furnishings, brought to life with unique accessories, lighting and artwork, all in a package delivered to you with mínimal lead time and zero stress.

**Mandate**:
The business is currently seeking to hire a Studio Co-ordinator to work closer with the
Office, Adobe, Dropbox, a general expert IT level of know how and experience.

They will act as an important pivot between the Directors of the business and other stake holders and heads of teams including Interior Design, Home Staging, Logistics and
Business Development. Strong organisational, administrative and mathematical skills are essential.

**Responsibilities to include but not limited to**:

- Liaise between the teams to help co-ordinate the efficient running of the Studio.
- Manage administrative HR by daily input of annual leave and sick leave input.

Knowledge of Breath HR would be beneficial.
- Onboarding new employees
- Track staff expenses on a monthly.
- Make small ad hoc payments when necessary, parking fines, oyster cards etc
- Book and arrange travel for staff when required.
- Support the Directors with personal admin.
- Support Accounts Dept with the retrieval of invoices from suppliers

**Location**: St Margarets Business Centre, TW1 1JN.

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
