Our client will soon be rolling out a new PACS system across a number of different sites and they require the support of a specialist PACS Engineer to assist with the rollout and post go-live support. The key requirements of the roll will include:

- Day to day effective support of the PACS system and its associated peripherals.
- Supporting the build and rollout of PACS desktop workstations via a documented process.
- Troubleshooting issues with Active Directory based user access to the system and resolving permission issues.
- Supporting the configuration and testing of PACS and working closely with third-party suppliers to ensure an effective testing process.
- BAU support of PACS related issues that are passed on by the IT Service Desk.
- Supporting the rollout of PACS to new sites.
